Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No card required. You get real live chat, tickets, the IPS dossier, and the branded widget for one community. Upgrade only when you need the power features.
How do seats work?
A seat is one staff member who can log into the dashboard. Each plan includes a number of seats; add more for a few dollars each per month.
What is "Build Your Own"?
Start from Free and switch on individual add-ons (like Chargeback Radar or payroll). You pay only for what you pick. If you want several, a standard tier is usually cheaper.
Can you build something we need that is not here?
